Goya
Belgravia, 2 Eccleston Place
'I
have never been disappointed with Goya, Victoria.
The restaurant is always warmly lit, with
just a right amount of bustle and background
noise to keep you entertained without going
mad. Choose either a’ la carte or from
the tapas menu and you will be sure to have
both excellent service and good food. The
wine list has some great Bodegas, all well
priced and the staff are authentically Spanish.
Cigar friendly and with a good range of after
dinner liqueurs, it’s easy to stay all
night.' - London

'This
tapas bar and restaurant is an ideal venue
for a group of friends looking for a really
fun night out. On entering, you will find
the bar with a vast array of drinks displayed
on shelving featuring light effects that change
colour. Stairs at each side lead you to the
balcony restaurant where you will find tables
covered in blue and white tablecloths and
fresh flowers. What's cooking? Spanish Mediterranean.
The speciality of the house is definitely
paella which is offered in various styles.'

Goya
Pimlico, 34 Lupus Street
‘The
tapas are excellent. Like the other Goya restaurant
in Belgravia, this one has one floor as a
tapas bar area, and the other as a restaurant
area. I took a big party from my company and
from our table we could see Mr Portillo and
some other MPs eating their paella.’

‘The
neat, white basement dining-room –
with intimate alcoves for conspiring in
– tends to be preferred by an older,
well heeled clientele; the pretty, airy
bar upstairs caters to a younger, international
but still flush crowd, especially in Summer
when it overflows onto a very attractive
pavement terrace.’ - Timeout |
